Mucus in stools, what colour is it usually?

It is a greeny yellow, or clear a bit like the mucus that comes out of your nose!!! I had this and lots of tests when I had bowel/abdo pain years ago, and the doc says it is perfectly normal. NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT X

as already said its clear or sometimes yellow-ish, its normal as the mucus is what lines the bowl aiding motions to pass, my girfriend suffers with i.b.s and mucus is something she has to put up with alot she was told by her doctor that its fine.
