Hello all

I found this site while looking for something about lightheadedness. I've had clinical depression for around the last year and don't feel I'm making the progress I'd like to getting back to the person I used to be. I joined this because in my daytime life its my job to lead and encourage, so I am acting happy all the time but inside my concentration is dire and I'm always tired.

Anyway, hopefully I'll be a little wiser for all your experience.
