Breathless for 4 days and excessive yawning

I feel generally breathless but I keep yawning every few minutes it's annoying me. I feel like I can't get enough breath.

I get the same thing all the time, even as im typing i am taking constant deep breaths and yawning and it makes me really tired. its horrible.:)

I think it may be because I have a bit of a blocked nose asell so I'm more aware of my breathing :hugs:

A blocked nose will make you feel breathless. I get the same feeling with the sinus problems I have at the moment.
Not a nice feeling.
