right side pain on waist band

I have had this pain for along time it seems i was wondering i fanyone can give me some help as too what could be causing this I have a doctor's appointment on the 25th but scared i might not make it too it if it is serious coudl anyone help and maybe let me know if you or someone you know gets this please and thank you

You mention waist band is it an elasticated one.

You will make it to the 25th so don't worry on that score.
