Im in the Sussex area but am about 85% back on track now

Hi bob, ive been suffering PA's since dec 2008 after having 4 year pa free. they just came from nowhere. i was on meds but have stopped them as they made me very depressed to the point of wanting to give up. so struggling at the moment but trying homeopathy tomorrow for the first time. How have you been coping and how have you managed to steady and nearly beat the pa's. where about in sussex are you. :)
