I took a sleeping tablet like I have done before, but I've been woken up
About 10 times not breathing gasping for air. I woke up just now like I was
Choking on something. I've had this before but only 1 or 2 times not constant
Since I've been to bed. And my chest is killing me.
Help wat shall I do is it safe to sleep.

If you are in imminent fear for your safety, I would call for an ambulance. I pray that you just had a tizzie and was able to fall asleep but if it continues, call for help.

I passed out after last nt I went to the doc today she said its called
Sleep apean [excuse spelling] its when ur throat closes and stops u breathing
And ur brain wakes u up cause u can't breath on ur own.
I gotta keep an eye on it.
