Hi, i forgot to say this the other day as my boyfriend had come down to see me, but the friday he came down, there was the local fireworks event here.
Now i don't like the noise of fireworks like at the local event 'cos they're the bigger noisier ones and i have never really liked it, even as a kid the bangs were a bit much although i did enjoy it then.
I walked down with Mark (my boyfriend), and we got there, and there was erm lets say alot of people!!
My family was there already and my dad called out to say hey, and i knew they were there but wanted to be alone so me and mark sat down on the beach to watch the fireworks.. I was there the whole time they were going off, and Mark enjoyed them too and was glad we both went to see them.
Its a small accomplishment but one regardless in size.
I am happy i did it and didn't really feel bad at all, but then mark does help me feel stronger within myself so i dedicate this success story to my green eyed love, not that he'll know!!!Lol :D

Power of the mind is incredible, we got thinking negative by it, we can get out thinking positive too!

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.
How big is your gallery ?

Well done you did really well. You went even though apprehensive and enjoyed it. However small the things we do and accomplish they are an asset to us and give us the confidence we need.

Pleased you and Mark had a good time.

Love Sal xx

It is not easy to find happiness in ourselves, and it is not possible to find it elsewhere.

Well done on doing it - a big achievement in itself.
