Help!

Hey guys,
Just need some advice.

I'm on fluoxetine 20mg and I've just taken another 3 on top of the one I took this morning.

I know it isn't a lot, but I'm still freaking out a bit. I don't know what came over me. I just popped one and then another and then another before I caught myself on to what I was doing. It was like a reflex.

I know 3 isn't a lot.. but should I be worried? Or will it help me sleep more easily? I won't be able to rest until I know it's ok.

Any advice would be really appreciated.

You are not overdosing, although, probably, you should have taken only 20 mg. OK, there is nothing to worry about; 80 mgs are still on the range. If you fear about compulsive overdosing, next time, an hour before taking the pill, get ONE SINGLE capsule and store it away from the other pills. Then, when time comes, take THAT pill.
