why am i like this its doin my head in i feel like im dyin all the time its horrible right now im having a panic attack thinkin im dyin dont even know wat of,keep having a pullin feelin in my back an its like my legs wont work properly an my face feels like i cant make an expression if that makes sense like it wont work wats wrong with me i feel like im goin mad why cant i jst be normal

Sorry you are having a bad time at the moment:hugs: fear is such a terrible thing.
I have been having panic attacks this past week (did not have any for a month:blush: now they are back) always worse than the last time.
I am sure you have seen the information in "symptoms" "Main Menu" left of screen - just reading it can calm you down or put panic into search (top right of page then you will see how others try to cope.

I just feel like im cracking up i have a son an love him so much this cant b good for him seeing me this way it just makes me feel so bad i jst dont feel normal anymore like its taking control of me ive also not had them 4 a while but now there back again an i panic about having another its a nightmare thanks 4 ur help x
