Hi, I have just found and joined this fantastic site.
I am a Nan but am lonely as the families are not that near, people go out to work all day and some days I just can`t go out
I have had panic attacks for a number of years now and at the moment am feeling pretty down and am cross with myself for I have so many things to be thankfull for but don`t know what brings them on and I get so frightened. I had one Sunday evening ,for no apparant reason. It will be so nice to talk to others who have these attacks as I always feel stupid and feel that no one really understands.
Although my husband is there, he doesn`t really understand and we just don`t talk about them.
Looking forward to talking to people in the same boat.
