HIV worries - still

I posted here not long ago...

I have been experiencing rough patches in my mouth and slight thrush like symptoms and of course I googled it...the first thing that came up was HIV...I panicked...I've never had unprotected sex however...

I've been to my GP and dentist with HIV worries and they told me they cannot see anything to worry about.

However my dentist said he can refer me to the hospital to see what is wrong...so I took him up on this for a second opinion.
I'm very scared, the waiting around is killing me. They wont even give me a HIV test because they dont see it as neccessary.
Please help me. I'm convinced and I'm going mad.
As my case isnt seen as that important, I probably wont see the specialist for weeks...

Hi there- I have experieced similar stuff. I made the mistake of looking at my throat with a flashlight and seeing wierd fleshy looking bumps. I to went to Dr. Google and I am convinced I have HIV too! I have had unproteceted sex, but also have had a neg. test. STAY OFF GOOGLE. Anxiety causes TONS of symptoms, some even in your mouth. The biggest one is dry mouth. Drink plenty of water and suck on a mint...you are not HIV positive :)
