Reassurance needed

I have had stomach pain for a couple of months now. Mainly lower pain and tender to touch. Mostly on the left side but does spread all over and sometimes on my pelvic or hip bones.
I have had two stool tests, urine tests and blood tests for liver function, kidney function, bones, full blood count, bowel inflamation, thyroid, glucose and cholesterol. All of which came back normal.
Would these tests have picked up bowel cancer? I'm terrified I've got it and convinced its not long until I leave my kids fatherless.

hi all those tests you have had, would of def picked up something seriously wrong ,anxiety makes our pain and worries a hundred times worse if still not convinced id go back to dr for some reassurance
