Blood rushing to hands

Everytime I put my arms down I find the blood is rushing to my hands and the veins are bulging on my hands and lower arms. This is followed by pins and needles sensations.

Its been occuring for a few weeks several times a day usually lasting for an hour or so... anyone else get it?

yeah...i'd get it last year. it went away when i got better (although not cured yet). especially after even a brief workout.

no one was ever able to explain that one to me about how anxiety can cause that. i'll be watching here to see if anyone has an answer
