My anxiety has just been so persistent the last week each worry has been on my mind even if a small worry. I've had physical symptoms my ears popping and not hearing right/dull vision, short breaths, mild panic attacks, chest pains.

I've had lots of worries like money, manic depression, ocd worries like HOCD/cleaning, work, not finding a g.f stuff that's worried me for months. I'm just feel in an anxious state. My mum was not feeling well so I have started to worry about myself. My emotions have been all funny and had dreams which felt real and I've had depersonalisation and a feeling like "life's just not right" really weird thoughts.

I guess it all may be anxiety but I don't always worry, or have as much significance on it than other weeks. Still can't let the reassurance settle and still question the meaning of my thoughts and actions.

Anybody else feel this way?

It sounds like you're on overload, and the dreams and feelings of depersonalisation are a normal (but scary to experience) reaction to that as your body tries to put some distance between itself and the stress of everyday life.

You've got lots going on so it's no wonder you are suffering. Anxiety can still affect you even when you aren't thinking about it because the problems have not been resolved. Intense dreams are your brain's way of dealing with problems.
