bowel cancer

hi there, i'm really worried i have bowel cancer coz im quite constipated and im not going for a poo very often. please help? im so so worried?

With Bowel cancer I think its actually diarrhea you get not constipation. When I say diarrhea i mean with dark blood and abdominal cramps. Im certain you havent got cancer

I agree with the poster above.. Constipation can be something simple as Irritable Bowel Sydrome.. That's what I have.. if you have any big stressors in your life, that could contribute towards getting IBS.. and if your female..

Up your fibre intake or get some over the counter liquid to take.

They are not the symptoms of bowel cancer though more likely IBS
