Help, i was laying in bed and i came off this site to try sleep as i am finally tiered and i opened my eyes suddenly as it feels as if i am being strangled or as if someOne is pushing their fingers into my throught as in from the outside not by sticking them down my mouth if you know what i mean, its put me in such a state im scared my throught is going to strangle itself or block itself, can that even happen? Im so scared and panicing ALOT. Help Xxx
