I get random pain all the time. This part of anxiety sucks. It is too easy to get into a downward spiral of anxiety causing a problem, worrying about that problem, the worrying causing more problems etc... Anyway, you had testing done and I am sure you are fine. Try to distract yourself to break the spiral. Good luck.

I just cant get this out of my head. The pain is at the very top of my head and it feels like a cold sensation. any ideas?

Sounds like a tension headache. Harmless but hard to shift and can be quite painful. Ibuprofen works best against them.

I know you are seeking reassurance, that is why most of us are here. I can tell you that I get all kinds of pains. I am reading a really good book about HA called "It's not all in your head". It hasn't cured me but it does reassure me that my symptoms are caused by HA not one of the many diseases I think I have. One of things the book really focuses on is "listening" too much to your body and that if you focus on a part of your body long enough you will have actual pain there. It helps me to do something that totally distracts my brain and I usually notice that the pain I was worrying about is gone but comes back when I think about it. This usually proves to me that the pain was a result of me listening too hard to my body. Good luck and know you have support here.
