m tired of these head shivers/zaps?

so every now and then i get these very annoying head shivers/zaps that make me jump up and the thing is i'm not coming of any meds and i just get so frustrated. not only that but i get tons of headaches that are just stressful i get palpitaions with these headache and i just feel horrible. the sad thing was that i felt like i was starting to get better and then i get hit with this again day after day after day. anyone got any notion on my condition? if not thank you for listening anyways.

i get these like a shiver on one side of the head then it feels numb
i had it before i started my attacks. my first attack i was rushed into
hospital and i told the doctors but they said no need to worry just anxiety.

I get this, and i hate it cos once it happens, im focusing so much on my head, and then i get throbbing pains.....bleh its horrible.
