anti pyschotics

To help my anxiety as well as a/d i have been on Risperidone and more recently olanzapine both give me terrible nightmares. Has anyone else had this experience. The shrink says they dont cause this reaction!!!!!

Hi Joy,

I am currently taking Quetiapine after changing from Olanzapine about a year ago. Olanzapine did make me have strange dreams as well as weight gain - both of course my Pshyciatrist said were not related to Olanzapine!

Everybody is different and things may settle for you in time, but I have been a lot better since switching to Quetiapine.
