anxietys back!

Hello ive suffered with anxiety and panic for a long time now on and off, ive been ok for the last year or so a couple of weeks ago i was doing housework when i suddenly felt really faint i phoned an ambulance and went to hospital,all the tests were fine. I now feel really panicky again and am worried I will faint all the time! I know to others this seems silly but I cant help it.:mad:
