full head

i was just wondering if anybody ever felt like they have a full head like its full of water ,this really worries me as i think its going to make me faint ,is this an anxiety syptom i seem to feel like it all day

Well actually I do have that sorta feeling sometimes which can then be followed by a headache because I'm so tense.

So I then have to work on relaxing the muscles paticularly around the jaw. Although sometimes I wonder if its connected to my sinuses too.

Sure you'll get lots of replies that make a little more sense than mine!

I get that feeling quite often. It's just anxiety and it won't cause you to faint so don't worry..:D
