Feeling Strange.......

Hello again, I have been on Citalopram 20mg, for ten days now and so far have not had any bad side effects, but I do feel strange this morning. I feel lightheaded and my hearing is muffled (this worries me as I have fainted once, not while I was on tablets, and muffled hearing was the first sign) I just feel a bit 'slow', when I was walking home from taking my daughter to school it felt like I was walking on the spot! Would this be side effects?

Yes it sounds like it to me, the side effects wont last much longer ,so try to tell yourself theyll pass soon .You will be feeling better once the dose has kicked in . luv sue:hugs:

Thank you Sue, it did go after about an hour, but is still coming and going since. I feel much calmer now, knowing it is more than likely the tablets doing it. I take them in the morning just before I take my daughter to school, maybe I should wait till I get back to take them. Thanks again Sue:hugs:
