I do, I diagnosed myself. It was pretty simple it was making me feel horribly ill. I stoped and I felt less ill.

I had an ige blood test last year through York laboratories which showed I was allergic to wheat but my GP dismissed it??

Hey maybe you should just try not eating wheat foods and see if you start to feel better. Quite sure you can get loads of stuff like that in supermarkets now. It must be worth a shot

The best way of diagnosing it is to stop it altogether and including all flower products as well such as sauces.

No blood tests are that accurate.

If you feel better then try and avoid it!
