Hi there, just wondered if anyone suffers with sweating and if they know of any good deodorants, etc that they would recommend?

Hi Trace,
I suffered really bad when I was pregnant. I found the deodorants on prescription were too harsh, they burnt my armpits!!!
The one I found the best was 'MITCHUM'. Powder fresh i think it is, roll-on.

I use MITCHUM too - very good!! (doesn't leave white marks either) :D

Can I just get on my health promotion soap box for a minute.

Please don't use strong antiperspirants when exercising.
They're no problem on a daily basis as we're going about usual stuff but when we exercise and sweat , its vital that we don't stop sweat forming and being excreted as that is one of the ways we lose toxins through the lymph and out through the sweat glands.

So at these exercise moments or when you're home alone, try to go without any or find a pure deoderant rather than an anti perspirant.
