Emphysema Scare

After having a bad chest since Christmas with antibiotics on and off since then, my gp told me on Monday that i'm heading towards Emphysema and i need to stop smoking.

This has scared me witless to say the least as you can imagine:ohmy:

I have 6 cigs in a packet this morning and once they have gone i'm gonna whack a patch on. I know it's not gonna be easy but i need to do it even tho my HA is quite high today.

Please don't smoke. Read my threads.......... I stopped 16 years ago and had 2 small relapses in between but have had the scare of my life.
