I have one of these that I started a while back.
Basically it helps me with my anxiety as I only put things in here that make me happy or reassure me - never anything negative.
It can be anything from pictures or writing down something that's happened that reassured me at the time.
Then when I'm having a "wobble" I look back at it and try and put myself in that position again of feeling reassured, or look back over the times where my anxiety was unjustified.
