ANYONE FEEL hot a lot of the time, my face feels as if its burning also quite often my ears, this often starts up a PA just be interestead if any of you guys get the same...thank s:)

Hi,

For me this is the first symptom of a panic attack, thats when I know I'm going to start to panic. Now it doesn't scare me as much and as soon as I feel hot I try to do deep breathing, or say positive things to myself.

Although I have to get it right at the start, once I start panicking I don't think logically!!
