Shaking hands

Since my latest bout of anxiety my hands and fingers plus sometimes my arms have been shaking a lot, not just when I feel anxious but all of the time to varying degrees. Has anyone else ever had this? My anxiety is settling down nicely but the shaking hasn't stopped, if anything its getting worse, which is worrying me.

I have shaking hands most of the time, sometimes I have a job to put my make up on. If I am not thinking about it the shaking stops but then it starts the minute I think about it.
If I grip things a bit tighter it helps to steady the hands a bit.

Hi, I got this really bad when I started on citalopram and I still get it occasionally after I take a new dose. I think people suffer from shaking hands to varying degrees whether or not they're on medication. I put it down to a combination of medication and latent anxiety.
