Hello there my name is Ian from Southern England 43 years old.
I have had anxiety and panic attacks on and off for appx 20 years
but got much worse as time as gone on.
Ive tried different tablets over the years am on proprananol no set dose depends on me.
This looks a really great site and would be pleased to take any advice or pass on some of my experiences to people as well
