Ladies help me

i 22year old, in past i thought my nipple had leaked slightly as i seen a SMALL wet patch bt im nt pregnant so thought was imagining it. this morning i felt it again and looked and could see the mark on my shirt! it is like watery bt im so scared. anyone?

That has me panicking! it seems to happen spontaneously, it hasnt been regular that i have noticed anyway and is a realy small amount! im petrified now
