ulcers in your mouth are a classic sign of anxiety and generally being run down.

That is because you are constantly run down cos you are letting HIV take over your life.

If you want to carry on like this then you will get run down I am afraid.

I am not sure what else we can say to convince you that you don't have it I am afraid to say.

You have to believe it or else you will be ill like this for a long time.

Girl Afraid,

I get recurring ulcers in my mouth and everyone is right, anxiety runs you down and as such you get more ulcers. You are taking a very general symptom and focusing on it being the worst case scenario; if I told you I had a headache you wouldn't automatically think I had a brain tumour would you? Honestly, worrying about HIV is a very common anxiety symptom, if this really is taking over your life with worry, why not go and get yourself checked out so you know for sure that you don't have HIV?
