I get that. It could well be stress and allergies....allergies are really common
I get allergic to things all the time......any dust etc

Hi there sweetie....I am currently fighting off sinus stuff. We were messing around outside, eyes got itchy and woke up with a sore throat. I am not going to lie and tell you that HIV did not enter my head, because it did. However, rationally I know that a sinus infection or hayfever is not a symptom of HIV. You need to keep telling yourself that IF your symptoms were from HIV, it would lead to worse things that would put you in the hospital. That is how most people find out...they get sick and stay sick and get worse and worse...this is not happening to you. Yours are coming and going and coming...your immune system is fighting....on top of your anxiety. Imagine how healthy you would be if you would relax.

try one of those antibacterial mouthwash's. it might help, they help with gingivitis , mouth sores and so on.
also some good honey may help
