I do not really feel that any doctor understands anxiety (unless they have a personal experience of it). I just would like to have a magic wond to make all of us feel better

We would all like a magic wand. I am always hoping for some kind of 'cure' around the corner. Some magic pill, whether a painkiller, a self help book, a vitamin pill etc.. which will wave it all away.
I have not found one yet, but I am still looking. Many of us are I suspect.
Lots of doctors dont understand, my one keeps telling me to eat veg! Hee Hee
