Someone please tell me I'm being stupid!

So I was just layed in bed, and I thought I felt something wet dribble down the inside of my neck.. Then I just presumed it was a vein popping. I was convinced a vein has burst, and that I'm about to die.

I daren't even sit up because I got it into my head that gravity would make all the blood leave my vein or something?

OMG I know this sounds so stupid, but I'm really scared.

Would it be swollen? Or would I just be dead?

Will someone please just say something rational and tell me how stupid I am because I'm really really scared. >_<

a vein bursting like that wouldn't just happen.. and would cause extreme pain .. you just felt a weird sensation.. put your headphones on and lay back down, you're fine my love

of course - none of us can! tis why we turn to one another. seriously tho, you would not feel a trickling sensation if it was your vein. at all. you are feel anxiety related sensory symptoms. just roll around in bed until it goes away. or play a game online!
