Constantly dizzy and feeling faint

If i stand up and walk i feel like everything around me is closing in,

I feel giddy, feel sick, the dr thinks i have vertigo so he gave me some pills but they didnt work!

So now iam scared i have a brain tumor as iam getting headaches to!

Anyone else like this!? iam hating it! xxx

Brain tumours do not have headaches as a side effect so you don't have one of them.

sounds to me like anxiety, stress, labyrinthitis ( ear) or vertigo. Are your tablets called stemetil?all of which can be overcome with time or meds. Migraines can be like this too x:shrug:
