sleeping

morning all :)

any ideas on how to get a good night sleep, i have got some sleeping tablets but dont want to become relant on them, or drink.

please help am on the citalopram 20mg also and just come off Valium xxxxx:shrug:

To sleep right through the night would be a miracle for me I think.....I am on Cipralex and some Beta Blockers also...Yet every night I wake up at least 4 times....Im always up before 5:30, and at least 3 times a week before 4:30.

I have no problems falling asleep, its just staying asleep...so, I like you, could do with some tips!! :hugs:
