not feeling great today

hd a ripping headache since this morning and feeling very hot and now starting to panic any ideas what it could be please??

Sorry to hear you feel poorly. Maybe it could be a virus? Have you got any other symptoms other than a headache and feeling very hot?
Have you taken anything for it? Has anyone that you know come down with anything recently who you have been in contact with?
I know its easier said than done, but try your hardest not to allow yourself to panic. It is probably something very minor and you will feel better again soon.:hugs:
