Anyone from London needing a friend to talk to

I'm a 30 year old woman living in London with severe anxiety and depression. Looking for a friend really/penpal who I can talk to and who has similar experiences. Suffered on and off for some years now but recent episode lasted for quite a long time and just don't know how to endure it anymore. Got professional help but no progress so far.
Someone who can sympathise and tell me their story would be great.

I am not from london either but am deffo here if u need to talk, i used to suffer with depression and it can make u feel so lonely even if ur surrounded by support. Its nice to talk to other people in the same boat or people who know where u r coming from.
