i cant help but worry, all chest pani at the minute is in the centre does any one else get this

Is it behind your sternum going through to your back? If so sounds like indigestion.

yes trixie it is going into back, up the middle of my chest and along under neath my breasts. it goes from sharp to achey

feeliing sick with it too and scared

if you are feeling sick, its probably heartburn/indigestion. Try taking some gaviscon. x

Or some bicarbonate of soda in water (neutralises the stomach acid).
