Hi Everyone,

Well im back again ! i have used NOMOREPANIC before when i have been depressed and anxious and found it amazing !!!

So im back hoping it can help me again as i am starting to feel low and anxious , my thoughts are just so negative at the moment and i have no self esteem i can feel the anxiety with me all the time and hope and prey i dont have panic attacks again !!! not sure why my thoughts are so negative and want to feel happy again as i have two beautiful girls who need me to be happy !!!!


hope with a bit of guidance can get over this bad patch again !!!! xxxx:weep:
