hi.

i have loads of mh stuff wrong with me including eds si and panic attacks, and i am terrified of being here, but feel i need some support with the anxiety which is overwelming at the moment.

so here i am. i'm 26 and live in sussex. have a great support team around me and seeing my psych to review medication on wednesday, although just stopped taking diazapam and temazapam....oh well.

anyway thats me.
