Hi. I'm a 23 year old lad from Durham who has been suffering with panic disorder on and off for about a year now. I thought I had beat it late last year but it has recently resurfaced. I find that writing down my experiences is slightly therapeutic and it's nice to know I'm not alone. I was thinking about putting together some sort of book or perhaps use my media production degree to film a documentary with panic attack sufferers to show people they aren't alone, raise awareness and perhaps even help people. If there was a County Durham meeting perhaps we could use it to discuss our experiences.

If anyone would be interested in being involved in either project (not just North East people, anyone at all :) ) then send me a message or reply here

The Aykley Heads Police Headquarters organise the annual Guy Fawkes celebrations in Durham, featuring fireworks and a bonfire. Refreshments are available and there's ample parking at County Hall.
