more symptoms!!

today I have more symptoms which im worried about. These are: weakness in the arms and legs. Tingling in the fingers and toes. My arm joints ache which you can feel pain when you push it. My kneecap hurts and im not sure why. I have a bit of dizziness a funny bitter like taste at the back of my throat and when I yawn the muscles under my chin feel like the get cramp. I also feel a bit sick. And I keep sleeping in the day. Im worried about MS and cancer still so please can someone reassure me. Because im having an awful day.

Aaaww fingerz - I don't reallk know much about your symptoms, but I really bet most of them are anxiety related. Try and relax if you can (I no its easier said than done)

ive had all these symtoms and they are anxiety related i know this because iv had every test known to man down just try not to focus in them they will pass, i know its hard not to but we must try otherwise we wind ourselves so much and get in a state.
