Today Im going to have a GOOD day!

Hi all

Today Ive decided Im going to have a good day.....Im accepting no silly excuses for it being a bad day and today I AM NOT letting anxiety and panic take over my life!!!!!!

Feel strong today.....staying strong today and anxiety can just bloody well bog off!!!!! Today I spit in the face of anxiety...(lol maybe a bit too far there!!! - maybe I'll just try to ignore it!!!)

I have a lovely day planned with my best friend, lunch, glass of vino and sunshine.....its our day and anxiety just isnt welcome.....so nerrrrrr!

Ha ha just made myself laugh so it must be a good day!!! :yesyes:
