dizzy.. migraines??

hey for all of you that get the icky dizzy, lightheaded foggy stuff... i was just wondering if you get headaches a lot too or are prone to migraines??
i am wondering if sometimes my lightheadedness is migraine related and other times anxiety related because it just does not make sense?

I get dizzyness nearly all day at the min and i also get really bad headaches/migraines more often too, I can't seem to shift it i try drinking loads of water sometimes this helps but mainly not
