I recently bought an amazing book 'CBT FOR DUMMIES' - It is well worth the £15.00.
I read what seems like hundreds of self help type books but this one is very easily readable and makes a lot of common sense. I think personally that this is the best self help book there is and I think for me anyway it is better than Claire Weeke's books, which I have read.
I highly recommend this book to anyone who has not read it as yet :yesyes:
