has anyone been sitting at home when all of a sudden you dont know where you are ,,,,it happend to me last night when i was having a pannic attack ..my car broke down last night and it made me pannic so bad ,,,when i went to bed i did not know where i was ,,i was so scared and confused ,,does anyone get or had this ..cheers
Sorry to hear you're having a bad time right now. At keast you're in the right place for support and advice.
I do not really suffer from this disorientation often, mostly when I have been panicky and am exhausted - which you probably are after having the panic attack. I think its probably the after effects of the adrenaline and all that.
have a look on the symptoms and the self help first steps, they really really helped me understand and feel less scared.
