can I ask, is it "normall" to experience the sensation of pins and needles, soreness etc in your hands, later in the day after you may have felt anxious in the morning say? Yesterday, I had a fairly bad day, where my hands start to tingle and I feel really anxious, but later in the day my hands were still tingley, especially my right one, even though i felt much better and almost "fine"...

HI Deb,

I have had this on numerous occasions, even went to my GP to get it checked out, was told it was another symptom of anxiety. Theres a paragraph on the site, under symptoms that explains it more fully.

I also get this....even in my feet and legs when my anxiety is really bad!!
