newbie and off work again!!!

Hi

im sitting at home knowing i should be at work,not compleated a full week for a while getting on my own nerves:huh: iv suffered from anxiety for seems like for ever,the dreaded panic attacks,and sometimes depression,im 47 years old but feel like 90 lol,.
iv have compleated a CBT course not so long ago and do try to put this in practice (works sometimes).

yet again i find myself at home telling everyone im fine!!!!

so glad iv found this site and i can talk to other who maybe experiencing the same things and not glaze over or fall asleep:wacko: .

would be lovely to make some friends.
off to find the paracetamol cant shift the banging headache dynamite maybe

HI sky, i know the feelin im off work again now three weeks. I so want to get back so ive been really honest with my company. THE outcome is that im GOING back next week for a few hours and build myself up to normal. Its like a great weight off my back that they know i have a problem,i now wait to see if it works on both sides. Dont feel bad you are not well and not up to work,perhaps a talk with someone at work may help, just a thought.
