Hi guys
Hope you're all well. My doctor seems to think we're going round in circles, have tried 3 different anti depressants and they don't seem to do anything. Plus, I have very very rapid and abrupt mood cycles. She says I may need a mood stabliser which she can't prescribe, so she is referring me to the primary mental health care team. Are these psychologists or psychiatrists? I'm also waiting for CBT. I did feel good yesterday, however, I went along to see an addictions counsellor about my very unhealthy and destructive relationship with white wine!
